The Angry Birds Workout Plan – Day 1

Found this great workout on Nerdfitness. Found it fun that I could do a workout with levels. For more detail about what The Angry Birds Workout is about then read here.

Levels completed today:

Squats

Level 1 *** Level Complete

Level 2 *** Level Complete

Push Ups

Level 1 *** Level Complete

Back Exercises

Level 1 *** Level Complete

Planks

Level 1 *** Level Complete

The first levels was not enough of a workout, so added a second level of squats and a bit more to the workout, But the planks where hard and not sure if I am going to complete level 2 in the next few day.

Just a short blog post for today, but will keep updating on my Angry Birds Workout everyday for a while
