The Angry Birds Workout Plan – Day 3

Third day of the workout. Can feel the levels are getting harder. Still stuck on the planks, but it will take me many days to complete this level. Had to give up on the Push-Ups, since just doing 20 was really hard. So ended up doing incline push ups for the last 20. Will keep on the incline push ups for now til level 5 and then start doing the real push-ups, I might be able to do them then.

Squats

Level 3 *** Level Complete

Back Exercises (One-Arm Dumbbell Row)

Level 3 (30x5kg) *** Level Complete

Planks

Level 2 * Level Failed
