The Angry Birds Workout Plan – Day 6

It was nice to train again after a day’s rest. I really got spaghetti arms after training today. I really like this routine, but it is really hard on my arms, especially after adding weights to my overhead squats. Have added Body Weight Lunges to the routine and also some Standing Calf Raises.

During my training today I broke the 300 point barrier on Fitocracy, so completed my first quest today.

Levels completed today:

(Overhead) Squats

Level 7 *** Level Complete

(Incline) Push Ups

Level 5 ** Level Failed

Back Exercises (One-Arm Dumbbell Row)

Level 6 (30×7.5kg) *** Level Complete

Planks

Level 2 ** Level Failed
